Kiswahili is an African native language of Bantu origin which had been in existence before the arrival of Arabs in East Africa. The long period of interaction between Arabs and the locals led to linguistic borrowing mainly from Arabic to Swahili.
Swahilis belong to a distinct Bantu tribe divided into clans and sub-clans who later intermarried with Arabs.
Swahilis wore lots of leather and cloth.
Haven't you asked yourself why is it that no Arab nation in the Middle East speaks Swahili in the 21st Century and there is no record of such ?
