Why do most modern-day Egyptians look more like Arabs than Black Africans?

A Nubian woman says, "We are the descendants of Kemet. 'Egypt' is a Latinized version derived from 'Aegyptus,' a Greek word that describes the sacred temple of knowledge, 'Hi-Ka-Ptah.' The people in Lower Egypt (North) are a mix of Turks, Greeks, Romans, Arabs, and others who invaded after the dynasties of the 'Nesut Bity' (Pharaohs). But as you come to Upper Egypt (South), where Kemet began, you see us, the indigenous Black people of Kemet.

Kemet (Black African 3200 BC-31 AD) and Egypt (Greek, Roman, Arab periods) are two different eras. In fact, we are the only ones who still speak the Pharaonic language that originated in Kush and Punt."
