BEETHOVEN

BEETHOVEN

The Fischer family, among whom Beethoven passed a good deal of his childhood in Bonn, gave this picture of the boy:—

“Short of stature, broad shoulders, short neck, large head, round nose, DARK BROWN COMPLEXION”

SOURCE;

(Robert Haven Schauffler; ‘Beethoven The Man’, Vol 1, p. 1; 1929)

COMPLEXION = the natural color, texture, and appearance of a person's SKIN especially of the FACE.

“His beard—he had not shaved for several days—made the lower part of his ALREADY BROWN FACE still darker”

SOURCE;

(Oscar George Theodore, "Beethoven: Impressions by His Contemporaries"; 1926)

“According to Czerny, Beethoven gave the appearance of "Satan himself" when Prince Lichnowsky introduced him into the world of Vienna's fashionable soirees. He stood out, with his "black hair, black beard, AND dark-COMPLEXIONED form”

SOURCE;

(Emily Bronte and Beethoven
Romantic Equilibrium in Fiction and Music; 2008)

Please note that Beethoven’s skull is clearly not “Caucasoid”
