They brought with them foods, pigs and a style of pottery known as Lapita Ware.
Lapita Ware is a pottery style that is usually associated to a well develloped level of skills in navigation, canoe building and horticulture. Some groups of Fiji people will later migrate to Tonga 🇹🇴 and Samoa 🇼🇸. And they will bring the Lapita culture with them over there.
This is a good example of how the world was populated and how people who today seem disconnected actually came from the same family. That is why when people try to divide Africa into tribes, sub-saharan and north Africans it is not really true. Of course at some point identities developed independently, but at the origin they shared the exact same culture.
In Africa that culture was known as the Nubian culture. The comb that you can see in this picture is an Afro comb and the most ancient ones can be found in Africa. In Sudan 🇸🇩 and Kemet (ancient Egypt 🇪🇬). It is the comb used for wooly hair. (✍🏽 Mr. Imhotep)
