HAPLOGROUP E1b1b & THE LAND OF PUNT (Ta Neter)

E1b1b and J are the dominant haplogroups among modern Egyptians… (“J” comes from Arabs and Ottoman Turks)

E1b1b is the dominant haplogroup among Somalis…

Sanchez et al. (2005) observed E1b1b in about 77.6% of their Somali male samples…

Hatshepsut’s inscriptions claim that her divine mother Hathor was from Punt…

“The Egyptians sometimes called Puntland ‘Ta-Netjeru’, meaning "Land of the God," and considered it their place of origin”

The greek historian Diodorus in his book ‘Universal History’ said that in the 6th century before Christ, because of a political crisis in Egypt and the Asiatic infiltrations in Egypt, more than 200,000 Ancient Egyptians migrated south of the Nile…

This last historical fact can explain why the Somali language is a survived ancient Egyptian language, according to the British linguist Charles Barber:—

“The language of ancient Egypt belonged to the Hamitic group; Surviving Hamitic languages are spoken across a large part of North Africa and include Somali."

“My own conjectures were founded, first, on the fact that they are black-skinned and have woolly hair” — Herodotus

Some writers (racists) have undertaken to dispute his authority…

But I cannot bring myself to believe that the Father of History did not know black from white…

Herodotus had travelled in Egypt and was therefore well acquainted with the actual appearance of the people…

“The men of Egypt are mostly Brown or Black with a skinny desiccated look” — Ammiuanus Marcellinus

Æschylus, in the Supplices, mentions the crew of the Egyptian bark, as seen from an eminence on the shore; the person who espies them concludes them to be Egyptians, from their so called black complexion…

“The sailors too I marked, conspicuous in white robes, their sable limbs” — Æschylus

Sable = early 14c., "black" as a heraldic color, by c. 1800 as "black" with reference to Africans and their descendants, often in mock dignity…

Lucian, who lived in the second century of the Christian era, and held an official position under his government for awhile in Egypt, speaking of an Egyptian youth says, that besides being “black” he is “also thick-lipped” and “very slender-legged”

“The Egyptians, though healthy, large and robust were clumsy in their forms and course in their features. Like other African tribes they were woolly haired, flat-nosed and thick lipped, and IF NOT ABSOLUTELY BLACK WERE VERY NEAR IT IN COLOR.”

“We came from the beginning of the Nile where God Hapi dwells, at the foothills of The Mountains of the Moon” — Temple of Karnak in Thebes

Where is the beginning of the Nile???

It is generally accepted that the most distant source of the Nile is the Kagera River, which begins in the highlands of Burundi and Rwanda in East Africa…

The Kagera River flows into Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa, which is also considered the source of the Nile by some…

So, depending on how one defines the "beginning" of the Nile, it could be considered either the Kagera River or Lake Victoria…

Lake Victoria is located in East Africa and is bordered by three countries: Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda… (Nilotic peoples)
